Welcome to Charis Family Church Woodland Park Colorado

Welcome to Charis Fellowship Church

We meet every Sunday at 10am in Woodland Park

Our church is not what you’d call “traditional” – and we quite like it that way too. We value Fellowship and Discipleship and that is where we focus our resources.

Today we’re all leading busy lifestyles so its more important than ever to build relationships in the Body of Christ, and within that place of  friendship we can help each other build our relationships with Jesus Christ. So we have embraced a totally different approach to “church” because we are focused on discipling and supporting one another through personal relationships more than “visiting” during a Sunday morning service. Our church is a home-away-from-home church.  We don’t have rows of chairs, or one person delivering one message for all.  We have group discussions in a family setting, often sharing meals and snacks during our Sunday afternoon together.

We believe that church is “where two or more are gathered in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Matt 18:20. So our aim is to have a pleasant place where believers can meet to share life together, to pray, to disciple one another, and to have fun. Our church grew out of our Home Group and its our desire to supply a “home away from home” atmosphere for people to come, rest, eat and enjoy learning about Jesus and the Word of God.

Our church looks more like a large games/living room, because we believe this more casual setting will allow people to share life together just like you would when visiting friends in their home.

The church leadership also supports Andrew Wommack Ministries in Colorado Springs 100% and are all graduates, teachers, or students of Charis Bible College, therefore we’re dedicated to support CBC students in whatever way we can, so they walk in their destiny and call.

Every Sunday 10am

We want to put our resources, time and efforts, into providing a place where people can embrace God’s Word and learn how to become His disciples. We also incorporate a casual “service” with prayer and a few songs.
